Making beautiful prints brings me joy. My use of very fine detail is perhaps unusual for linocut which is known for its bold, graphic qualities. I love combining that strong look, especially when working in monochrome, with a lighter touch of delicate carving.

Every piece begins with sketching, most often out in the open. The design is transferred in reverse image onto the lino before being carved, inked and put through the press.
